![]() I won't be so critical of these fad workouts, as long as you agree that they are the very very first step in a long and continuous evolution of your fitness. Lucky for you, there is this really supportive community, /r/bodyweightfitness, to help you on that path. It is also the time for you to invest more of your downtime to learning the basics, understanding the concepts, and figuring out some actual verifiable goals. But, you are now strong enough to begin to actually get, umm, stronger, in an intelligent and efficient manner. If strength is your goal, and it ought to be on some level, then there are much better routes to get there. It's not a balanced workout, and it's a circuit workout. That is where the criticism of the 7 minute workout, from this sub, comes into play. It's something EVERYONE has to do (and is constantly doing) on the path to a fit life. That being said, after you've acquired a base level of strength, it's time to begin to refine and advance your routine. Additionally it provides you with a basic level of confidence in your own physical capabilities. The Svelte community supports each other to achieve their health and fitness goals by working to become the best version of themselves. The difficulty and perhaps single most import thing in the beginning of any fitness regimen is finding something you enjoy enough to continue to do. Svelte Training strives to help customers improve their mind, body, and overall lives by completing a complete health transformation. I have found it very easy to get motivated to do this program and I think it was a good start for me. We do not frown on weights or barbells as another tool for training.
