![]() 2) The hotel is extremely dated the rooms feel like they were last updated in the 70s and haven't been touched since. We called to ask for it to be fixed 1/2 hour later someone arrived with a sheet but said it was not his job to make the bed. But there were lots of negatives on our stay: 1) We arrived to find the bed had been made up with no top sheet. First the positive: the rooms are spacious, the bed (once made up properly) was comfortable, and the wifi was fast. This is probably the worst Hyatt property I've stayed in across all of their brands, and I've stayed in many. This time, it was also great valet gave us the heads up that there wasn't any parking available in there (so we didn't have to drive around for a long time,) the room was clean, A/C and refrigerator worked, and the two cleaning ladies that I saw smiled and said "hi." The ONLY thing was this employee. We have stayed in the hotel one other time, and everything was great. She finished checking us out and said "okay, you're all checked out" and I said "okay thanks," with a smile on my face and she didn't look up, acknowledge us, or said "thank you." I wish I would have read her name tag. She took it from him and held it about a foot and a half above the container, which was next to the computer, then quickly released it while raising her eyebrows in a way that seemed like we were an inconvenience and were suppose to know that we were suppose to put the key card in there ourselves. I responded with, "yes." with a confused look on my face while my new husband (got married the night before) handed her the key card. There were other people checking out with another employee and they were then starring at us. I responded with, "yes, we found one pretty close." While I was speaking, she got louder, talking over me, and listed about 2 or 3 more parking garages. Only thing that sucked was that there wasn't any parking in the garage, but we found another parking garage semi-close." Her response was extremely rude and listed about three parking garages in the area. Everything was great, but the employee, who checked us out, asked us how our stay was and I said, something along the lines of, "it was great.
